We love all of our clients at Violeta's Barbers, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Men’s Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. NEED TO CANCEL?
We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel before 24 hours, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, if required. If you cancel within 24 hours or don't turn up, it's hard for us to find someone to fill the gap at short notice, so we'll need to charge you the cost of the appointment. Please do make sure you get in touch with any cancellations.

At any time, you can ask us anytime what information we are holding so that you can choose how it is used, ensure that the information is up to date or deleted if no longer relevant. You can unsubscribe from our marketing database at any point or contact us to be unsubscribed from our database during normal working hours. We shall complete your request in no longer than seven days.
Security:
We take the security of your personal data very seriously. We take appropriate organisational and technical measures to prevent unauthorised access to your information.

We do not use cookies or similar tools to track your use of our website or collect your data. We collect information provided voluntarily by you, e.g. when you book an appointment or sign up to our Online Members Portal
